Together, John and Jacob are constantly looking to help people. Through their experience working at a large retail chain selling computers and other technology, they discovered that many people require assistance that lies somewhere between what large retailers and IT companies generally offer.

As former employees of high-pressure sales environments, we understand there are many situations where people are steered towards products they might not necessarily need or left without the support to learn or take advantage of the product they just purchased.

This lack of support didn't sit right with us, and we knew there was a better way, so we built Green Mountain Tech Guidance.
